Anyone entering our contests have to be eighteen years of age or older to enter and receive prizes.

The person submitting the photos must own all photographs and give Crystal Images, Inc. all rights to the photos. Photos should not be enhanced in any way. The photographs should be submitted in JPEG or GIF formats. Photo's can be in Black & White or Color. In the event that you submit your entries via U. S. Postal Service you should send the photos on a CD in JPEG or GIF formats. If however, you don’t have them in digital media you may submit photographs and we will scan them for you.

Your photo entries may be dogs, cats or any species of pet that you would like to enter.

DO NOT enter photographs that have people in the picture. These photographs WILL NOT be accepted in the contest.

Management or employees of Crystal Images, Inc. are not eligible to enter any of our contests.

Visiting guests will vote on their favorite pet. Each guest will have one vote per email address. We track IP clicks and if we feel that anyone has tampered with the voting polls we will reduce the number of votes for that contestant. Please encourage your friends to stop by our site and vote for their favorite pet. Who knows, they might even win something also.

The Contest will run till we have at least 500 entries. Once the contest is closed. The voting will remain open for 30 days. When the voting is closed, the winners will be announced and prizes will be awarded to the top three winners. The contest Judges will count the votes and their decision will be final.

You may enter up to three photographs per pet per entry. In other words, for one entry fee you may enter three photographs. The votes will be counted on a per picture basis. If you enter three photographs we will not add up the total votes for your entry. Each photograph stands on its own merit.

All photos become the property of Crystal Images, Inc. You hereby give Crystal Images, Inc. express permission to use your photos any way we see fit.

No refunds, no exceptions once the pet photo(s) have been posted to the website.
